Will this diet help me lose weight?
I need to lose weight. DON’T tell me to exercise for 30 or 45 minutes a day because I can’t do that. I take a walk every morning. Just answer. I thought maybe this ‘Diet‘ could help me lose weight. What are your thoughts?
Breakfast: 1 piece of cinnamon toast on Italian bread, yogurt, water
Lunch & Dinner: (switching) either 2 hard boiled eggs, tuna, cabbage and noodles, or a salad *with* fruit, Italian dressing … for the salad, and water
Snack: a graham cracker and yogurt
Yes I know its not a lot of variety but I can live with that. Will it help?
I am 14, 5′1 and 111 pounds. PLEASE DO NOT tell me I am too young to diet. I am trying to do this the healthiest way I can without my parents thinking I will go overboard. Hey, at least I ‘m not starving myself!
The Noodles are No-Yolk. A small amount of cinnamon on the toast and also we buy some kind of low fat graham crackers.

lunch: salad with low calorie dressing and grilled chicken, yoplait yogurt
dinner: fish, tuna, or turkey with green tea
snack: yogurt or cut up fruit/veggies
dont eat noodles, cinnamon toast or graham crackers
hint: green tea balances your metabolism so it helps you lose weight
oh, for the crackers, noodles, and cinnamon toast sound good.

im 13, tried these types of food for a 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds… but i also exercised. i do understand that it might look suspicious to your parents if you were to exercise. my parents never want me to care about me weight. its annoying cuz its also my health…

Avoid foods with too much sugar in it. This includes cookies, ice cream and desserts in general. Reduce the amount of food eaten per meal. Try drinking water before eating to make you get the feeling of being full and savor the food that you eat. Running or any other form of cardio is sure to cause weight loss.
