I need some ideas for weight loss and diet?

If i knew what to eat and what exercises to do to look really hot i would just work out so hard, but i have got no idea what to do or what to eat! So i just dont bother and keep eating crap and being lazy. Also im very fussy eater and hate alot of food so its hard for the Diet part, Any ideas for that?

Also what are some effective exercises i could do?

I wanna be HOT.

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
