Does anyone know where I can find good thorough information about tridoshic diet?
Tridoshic is a combination of the 3 doshas constitutions. It is not as usual so I would appreciate some advice from people who are only familiar with Ayurvedic Medicine, please. My score was 3, 3, 4 with Kapha being the 4. When I took the quiz at the Chopra website.
There is a book called Ayurvedic Cooking by Kripalu Yoga Centre which covers all the dosha Diet
individually along with tridoshic combination. If you are looking for only one recipe then it is Khichadi -
Split Mung Beans and Rice. Serve with yogurt for Vata types and extra ghee (clarified butter) for
Pitta types and Kaphas should use more spices and less water. This is from the book Prakruti by
Dr. Robert E. Svoboda.
Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o)

I was interested until you mentioned Deepak Chopra.
I don’t think you can take seriously the claims of someone who proclaims he alone caused the 2010 Baja California earthquake by meditation.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I only accept corrections that are supported with robust, peer reviewed scientific data.
