Where can I find good information about exercise and diet for weight loss?

I’ve decided that I want to start living a healthier life and lose weight. I have been overweight my whole life. I’m wondering where I can find some info to help get me started on the right path. I (obviously) don’t know anything about this stuff. Like, what does a good breakfast contain or a healthy lunch, etc? Or where should I start on exercise, how long do I need to exercise, and for how many days? Any advice would be great. Thanks!

    You know your body best…
    I don’t know how over weight you are or how desperately you need to loose weight, but focus on feeling and looking fit, healthy and awesome.

    Your diet needs to be nutritious.. if you are determined, look into it, look on line, books, magazines…
    exercise… is your choice, you choose the workout that suits you best… and stick to it, I recommend mornings because they build up your metabolism faster.
    If you are unsure… look into it, experiment, and find out what suits you most, as long as you’re being smart and making right decisions… nothing should lead you to a failure.
    My own personal experience of loosing weight has made me so much smarter in the field of health and nutrition. You will have ups and downs but going through all that time to find the best workout for you and best diet for your body is all worth it.
