Here is an indepth article about trying to lose weight via dieting like what would happen with the diet you want to start. The article explains how your body will activate its starvation response and how weight loss becomes more and more difficult. It also explains why you are setting yourself up for MASSIVE weight regain: http://correct-weight-loss.net/2009/02/05/weight-loss-myths-%E2%80%93-Dieting-without-exercise-to-lose-weight/
What are you after. Just losing weight or after a better body shape or a well defined body Starving forces you to lose weight but what have you actually lost?
Weight loss could be fat loss + muscle loss + water loss. This sets you up for rebound weight gain. the water loss will come back. The loss muscle will be replaced with fat when the weight comes back. Weight loss alone that is not ALL fat loss is not sustainable. Weight loss can be achieved via dieting but fat loss can only be achieved via a sensible diet and exercise. Fat loss is sustainable on the long term as you will most likely build on your muscle reserves while you lose fat. Fat loss is correct weight loss.

If you are female, the absolute minimum caloric intake is 1200 calories a day. If you consistently eat 800 calories, you are classified as anorexic.
Eat 1200 calories worth of raw fruits and vegetables per day for the next 2 weeks. You’ll lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. Do not cook anything and do not eat anything processed.
Coffee basically doesn’t have that many calories and it’s an appetite suppressant because caffeine is a stimulant. If you want to drink more coffee, you’ll lose weight.
