Sounds pretty good.
Watch your snacks though, check the sugar content of those.
Also ditch the vitamin water and any other of those drinks that have a high sugar content.
Water and green tea are the absolute best possible thing you could drink.

It sounds OK. Appears to be very low calorie, but then again, I’m not sure what your caloric needs are. I would definitely add more leafy green vegetables to this diet. Also take a multivitamin. Here’s an article on how following dietary food exchanges can help you lose weight and be healthy:

It is a very good start but for a healthy lifestyle you need to include more whole foods and limit processed foods to a minimal. Don’t give them up because that would be unreasonable. For instance for snacks eat a banana, yogurt, apple with 1 oz cheese on occasion. Your lunch sounds very yummy as does your breakfast! Make sure you drink low fat milk on top of your water and such but watch diet drinks as they contain aspartame which is like drinking formaldehyde. Good job and Good luck!

okay ur carbs looks alright but ur protein intake is low. average person consumes 65-80g protein. urs just shows me about 30-40g. include some more meat or protein shakes in the morning or yoghurt. here’s a list of high protein foods.. remember to eat most carbs in the morning n most proteins in the dinner.

It kind of depends on how old you are, but that doesn’t sound like enough food. Maybe instead of all of those packaged flavored water you should drink regular water. If your trying to watch calorie intake then you should really just drink plain water. If you need to drink something flavored try hot tea. It has zero calories, and the best part is when you feel like snacking, it fills that craving. Also you should probably have more for lunch and less snacks. All together I would think that’s a good diet for the day, just make sure your not starving at the end.
If this helps: You don’t need to limit yourself to certain foods. You can set a goal like 1,300 calories a day. This may seem like alot, but when you relize how many calories things are then you will really see what your really putting into your body.
P.S. It gets alot easier after a week, so dont give up.

besides the fruits, everything else is processed. you don’t have any whole foods in your diet, so clearly that’s not healthy.
