Please help me lose weight! Need a 3 meal diet plan to lose weight?

Hey I’m a 16 year old girl and really need to lose weight. I’ve gotten to be too big and really need to slim down. I’ve heard of eating 6 times a day…but I cannot do this as I am in school. So what is a 3 meal a day Diet plan I can follow to lose weight? Mainly looking for lunch and dinner ideas. Thanks! Easy ten points.

Currently I am 5′6" and 140-150 pounds. And no its not muscle, I’ve lost most muscle from being unactive and looking to start walking and eventually back into running. I have a lot of fat and it’s all squishy fat, not hard fat. Don’t know if that makes a difference…I’ve got a jillian michaels dvd, called the 30 day shred so I will use this for exercise. I just really need to know what to eat for my 3 meals a day to lose weight! Thanks!

    You’re not terribly overweight. I’m your height and weigh more than that, and I look good. Instead of some diet plan you probably won’t stick to, just start eating better…cut out junk food and sweets and sodas (make them an occasional treat, not the basis for your eating). With some slight changes to your eating and regular exercise, you should be able to drop some pounds easily and it’ll be your new lifestyle…not some diet you get on, lose weight, get off of, and regain the weight.
