What are some delicious diet snacks and meals?

I’m trying to loose weight before the 23rd of this month, so i’ve added daily exercise and trying to lessen my sugary drinks and fast foods… but i like to put things in my mouth to chew constantly! What are some good Diet snacks and meals? and is there any drinks other than water thats good for you?

First things first do not listen to the post that is trying to sell you the pills or whatever. And nothing beats fruit and there are some tasty fiber bars out there as is mentioned above.

    Sometimes dieting and exercising just is not enough, as there can be excess weight just sitting around in the colon.     It is a possibility to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly.     I live off of fiber one and nutri grain bars!

    popcorn’s good

    Light string cheese

    Grapes or any kind of small fruit really(huckleberries, gooseberries, strawberries, blueberries)
