would replacing meals with coffee/diet coke make you lose weight?
no smart ass comments please, i am NOT planning on doing this, it is just somethingme and my friend are disagreeing on and wondering what the real answer is.
i say if you were to stop eating except for only 1 meal a day, and then subsitute the rest with black coffee or Diet coke you would end up losing weight. she says that isn’t true
so?? which one of us is right

this is a bad idea. no nutrients in coke, but full of phosphoric acid. this leaches calcium from your bones. your body needs three/five small balanced meals a day.
