increase calories by 50-100 a day until you are back around 1600-2200 (find your caloric needs on a caloric needs calculator), and slowly cut back the excersise to strength training 2x a week and walking 3x for 45 minutes.
References :
how to recover from a very low calorie diet?
So let's say I have successfully reached my desired weight and figure after a month or two of consuming very little and moderate exercise (that would be weight training about every 2nd day and walking 30-60 mins a day give or take). perhaps about 800 cals a day, give or take

Is there a way to get back into a healthy and easy to maintain diet and routine without gaining weight? I don't want to eat this little for the rest of my life. I want the good figure I have to be permanent and not just the way I look after a month or two of great effort.

Any help is much appreciated.
Feel free to tell me how unhealthy a very low calorie diet is if you're willing to answer my question as well, please don't just post here with a lecture and no answer.

I am female, 19 years old
Thanks in advance!
