What is a good diet menu to shed some weight in a week?

By menu I mean:

Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
In between snacks:

What foods can I eat to shed "some" weight in a week? I would prefer a simple menu too. Let me know any tips.

Spicy foods will speed up your metabolism, which is helpful for weight loss. If you can handle them, think about adding some spice to your dishes.

    The one week diet is not a diet, it’s a fad. You need to make diet a lifestyle choice. It involves not seven days, but every day. Think it through and learn how to make diet choices a habit. Then you’ll be on the road. There are many books with many plans. Stick to menus with less than 2000 calories per day. You probably already know the healthy choices but pretend you need someone else to suggest them. Maybe if they don’t get it quite right you will blame them because you didn’t lose weight that week. if you are determined to lose weight in a week, go to your doctor first and make sure you are healthy. Dieting can make you sick, especially extreme, one week fad diets.
