When you're asleep and dreaming about performing calorie-burning activities? such as running, jumping and flying, do you burn more calories in reality as opposed to when you’re dreaming about doing something low-impact?
No pain, no gain, sweetie.
If you only dream about running, you’ll never reach your destination. So you have to actually be doing the activity to get results.

I dreamt I was a fat whale that lost weight by jumping above the water and I became a mermaid. It was pretty low-impact in my dreams.
