I’ve used the pink patch and was pleasantly surprised. I’m really quite skeptical about most diet products, but this one worked for me. I just didn’t feel hungry anymore and without even really trying I lost a couple of pounds in my first week. You know how around 7pm you start thinking about a snack? Well, I do anyway -haha- anyway, that urge was gone and I always felt like I just ate. I didn’t notice anything negative like side effects. No headache or stuff. Like I said, it was a really nice surprise!

To my understanding it is like topical hoodia. An appetite suppressant worn on the skin every morning. They advertise "fat melting" so there may be some thermogenic properties, but as with anything it is probably mostly hype and advertising and will only work when combined with diet and exercise. Be sure to read all labels before using.
