I have been using a cleansing product called Isagenix for a year and a half. It works great! If you have health concerns, you can check with your doctor. But it is safe to do and can be very beneficial!

the best body cleansing/detoxification u have to take is no other than WATER. our body is composed of almost 70% of h2o. u have to take atleast 8 glasses of water everyday and presto.....:) it will clean ur innermost part and wil surely keep you away from illness.

my cousin and i both tried it out. after the first 3 days it is pretty easy to keep up. we felt really energetic after 5 days. than we started to eat just organic after detoxing.
The Master Cleanse is what we tried.

Forget the sales hype!
Just eat good natural foods.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Read the ingredient labels next time you go to the store.Avoid anything that lists ingredients that you can’t pronounce.

well a good natural one is water, plenty of it, just don’t get to much more than 8 whole glasses a day, you can actually drown your cells nawwww..

theirs a supplement called Vita-C-Plus, vitamine c is the best detoxifier there is, but be careful when consuming lots of vitamin c for long periods of time for if you stop suddenly your body will dump out too much of whats left to fast and it can accually make your immune system worse

My gastroenterologist discouraged me from detoxing...He says the products are not FDA regulated and he is not certain that they are safe to use. They rid the body of good bacteria as well as the bad. I asked him about this 6 weeks ago.
