Yes it does work, but you must understand that the weight might come back. SO it is not advised if you want a long term weight loss unless you want to consume the pills everyday for the rest of your life. Capsiplex contains thermogenic substance like capcaisin and methyl-cellulose plus L-carnitine as a fat burner ingredients. You should contact your physician whether it is safe to take capsiplex with your current medication.

Side effect
As they claim the product is 100% natural, side effect is rarely happened. However, methylcellulose is potentially dangerous if you are allergic to them.

Get medical attention fast if these symptoms happen rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, chest pain; difficulty swallowing; nausea; rectal bleeding; stomach pain; vomiting.
References :
http://weightloss-systems.us/fat-burner-reviews/

Don't know but stay away from diet pills. They'll mess up your metabolism & you might experience side effects (high heart rate etc..). I agree, it's generally safe to say, Eat Less & Do more....Having said that, some people do have a faster metabolism than others,it does depend on your age and some people may suffer from a slow thyroid and no no I'm not trying to make any excuses...Just saying that in my mid twenties I cd lose a stone in 2/3 weeks if I put my mind to it but now I can hardly lose more than 1 kg in a month despite exercising and eating less...OK, trying to lose a stone in 2 weeks is not the best thing to do even in your 20s but you get my point...
At the moment, I'd like to lose 5 kilos and I exercise 3 times a week and do not eat more than 1200 Cal p/day...and no results so far (it's been a month), apart from a meagre 500gr loss!
Still, one of my friends who doesn't do any exercise at all and eats things such as pate on bread with mayonnaise on top !(yuk!) , burgers and ready made food every day (she can't cook!) is 10kg lighter than me for the same height! So Dr Frank, yes eat less do more but it's not enough for everyone and people should ideally get a full check up and follow a tailor made diet...Surely you should know this. You are a Dr after all.
References :
Bad news not only do diet pills not work, but so called dieters like you who try for the quick fix have a 2 in 3 chance of ending up heavier in the long term!

Do you see the box near the top of the page?
The one labelled 'Search for questions: '?
Well type in 'lose weight'.
You will find over 474,192 pre-existing questions.
Try the misspellings 'loose weight' and there are another 109,707.
In all there are over half a million Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 3 million answers.

I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:

EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???
References :
GP for more years than I care to remember
