Good morning! Today is my 3rd day on LEAN EFX and I really like it. I am with you though, I have been taking at 6.30a and have been up until both nights till after 1a. My mind just wont sleep. From what I can tell there are no harmful ingredients in the pill. I did find a few reviews by searching Google and nothing bad. I think I had to go to like page 3 of the google search to find anything. Hope this helps!!
