What are your thoughts/reviews on the Alli diet pill?
Ok, well I know it has some nasty side effects I read it on the page that you have to have less that 15g of fat with each meal or else you’ll get oily bowl movements. But I read on another page that it can cause depression.
I have another question too; I need to go to a nutritionist without my parents knowing? They freak out easily and they wont take me because they think they know EVERYTHING about eating healthy and they don’t. Does anyone know how I can get to a nutritionist without my parents knowing? I don’t have a car…
Don’t tell me what I know and don’t know, I Never said I was going to take them. I simply asked for opinions on the Pill, not what I wheather i should take them or not. I know Diet pills are bad.
Well, I only tried the 2 week free sample of Alli and I can tell you that it worked for my. I lost about 7lbs during those 2 weeks. The bad side to taking it was that it gave me diarrhea for the first few days until I adjusted my fat intake. I lowered it to about 10g per meal to play it safe.
If you are thinking about taking it, I’d suggest trying a free sample first to see how your body reacts to it. I’m not sure if there are any left, but you could always try http://www.freesamplesfromheaven.com/alli-orlistat-free-sample
As for your other question, have you looked into an online consultation with a nutritionist instead of going to see one in person?
Good luck and be healthy

Ok… if you looking at diet pills - then you also know very little about nutrition, or dieting. NO PILLS. They are ALL scams to steal your money. Nothing more.
You can always talk to your school councilor or nurse. They have a list of local sources for nutritionists.
