		<description>In my opinion - if I may - all pharma approaches to weight loss are dangerous attempts at short-cutting what should be a natural process.

A few pointers that will accomplish the same results, just as quickly, AND will improve your health too.

- no food at the start of your day, instead make an appointment to do 30-45 mins low intensity exercise (walk or jog, depending on your current capabilities) (drink plenty of water before and during the exercise)
- vegetarian diet, high as you can tolerate in fresh whole fruits and leafy greens
- moderate strength training will accelerate your progress - any muscle added changes your metabolism and helps further burn off fat. Stronger = safer, too.

Good luck. You may do well to make an appointment with yourself to do these daily things, so they don't fall out of consideration.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
