hii regular exercise is always good.. dont go for any pills… just drink worm water this will help in reducing…as you are young so just dont take risk of health… most of the pills has side affects…

I don’t want to comment about other diet pills but some of the diet pills proved lethal to the health of the user.

First of all, you’re in the wrong section. Try women’s health. Secondly, Phen-phen was proved to be dangerous and even lethal years ago. If you really want a weightloss pill, ask a doctor.
