You cannot be sure that it’s completely safe. That’s the problem. If you buy things online (especially medicine), they can be tampered with. Thus, if you do become sick, then it is your own liability.

There’s no guarantee that they’re the real thing or not watered down. If you get sick, you’re on your own.
I guarantee this: you are gonna get a ton of phone calls from people with foreign accents asking for your credit card number or to refill your prescription! I made a mistake of buying online once and it took 3 years for the calls to stop.

I bought medication from online pharmacy and i received it in mail. so then why people said i'm doin wrong?
I got non-FDA approved drug from canadian pharmacy website. So whats the big deal? My gastroenterologist himself encouraged me to get it online because its FDA banned. I faxed doctor prescription to the website fax number along with order form. i spent $30 for 100 pills.

So why some people said i’m doin wrong? the gastroenterologist himself said its good to do that.
