Diet Pills?
I have recently been looking into buying some Diet pills. I have come across a few that sound good but I don’t want to buy something that’s going to cost the world and then not actually do anything.
I am on a diet at the moment and doing regular excercise I am just hoping to boost the process a bit more.
If anyone has any experience with any please let me know!
Thanks.
In general, diet pills do not work. They are usually a mixture of some vitamins and caffeine, all of which you may get from other foods. All diet pills also say to take in addition to a healthy diet and exercise, which is where their real weight loss is coming from.
weight loss is a slow process when done properly. At most you should be losing 2lbs/week. Anything more than that is likely to come back immediately after you stop your heavy dieting and exercise.

My only advice is that you decide for them on your own. You may have to actually take them to be a good judge. I say this bc every pill has half of their reviews saying they worked while the other half say they didn’t. Of course, they usually never say "and I was even eating healthy and exercising" when they didn’t.
