Do diet pills work if you only need to lose a few pounds?
Hi,
I was wondering what Diet pills work (if they work) if you only need to lose a few pounds (10 pounds at the most) I have no time to run or anything, and no money to go organic.
I don’t want to order anything online so anything that I can get at target or the grocery store would be great.

I can tell you that it all depends on your body type, age, sex, and eating habits. You can eat healthy but if you consume more calories than what you burn, that you are only breaking even. diet pill for 10 lbs is pointless. just eat less and count your callories. (2000 a day)

Drink your water eat more fiber to help clean out your intestines and exercise. Watch your calorie intake and make sure you balance out your complex carbs with lean proteins. That should help you loose 10 pounds in a safe way. Diet pills will work for a few weeks and your back up to your weight. Its unhealthy and ingredients are not fully safe. You need to also make sure you are not drinking sugar drinks and foods full of sugar or you are doing nothing for you. good luck.

nope if diet pills worked, all fitness trainers would be out of a job and more than half the population wouldn’t be obese, eat healthy and reg excercise is the best and healthiest solution.

girl i know the feeling see im not fat either but im not exactly skinny. u could do something crazy and dont eat or do the right thing and keep off the pounds by staying healthy. but if u really want to ill give u some advice. eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner, never fully get filled if ur still hungry drink lots of water. exercise at least once a day for 30 min and u will see results. there are some supplements you can take to help speed up your metabolism too. im doing it and so far its working. best of luck
