Good fun exercises for teens and how to diet?
im 15 and am really trying to stay fit. it just dawned on me that my eating habit is horrible. (sugar foods and candy all day.) can someone please help me wotha good diet plan? (im 5′2 incase you needed height.) im not really concerned about losing wieght, i just dont want to be lazy anymore and be healthy….
