what would be a healthy diet plan for a 16 yr old?

-eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean protein (e.g. eggs, beans, chicken, fish, etc.)
-cut out most processed junk that has preservatives- but remember, it’s ok to indulge once in a while!! everything in moderation.
-try to break a sweat every day. as for getting a flat belly, try PILATES, it works wonders
try this trick: at your next meal, try chewing each bite of food at least 15 times. this will help you eat slowly, and more importantly, until your satisfied. remember the 80% rule; that is, always eat until your 80% full, never 100%. you just want to be satisfied, not stuffed.
