FAST weight loss diet and exercise plan!?
I have 20 days to lose as many inches and as much weight as possible (preferably inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I mean like going down 3-4 jean sizes in 20 days!!!!!!!
Please give me any crazy crash-fad diets or intense (home) exercise regimes!!!!!!!!
I want the craziest crash-fad diet EVER!!!!!! One that has worked for YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One that will help me lose 3-4 jean sizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… 20 days!)
DON"T PREACH PLZ!!!!!! In 20 days I’m going back to intense exercise (3 hours of dancing and 2 hours of swimming a day!) So I’m not gonna yo-yo diet! I’ll maintain my weight lost!!!!!!!!
PLZ GIVE ME THE FASTEST MOST EFFICIENT EXERCISE AND/OR CRASH DIET THAT WORKED FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you should try and take up a dance class or getting a personal trainer that helps

do sit ups and side ups like where u put ur right elbow to ur left knee and ur left elbow to ur right knee.

If your wanting to damage your body, you’ll follow some 20 day fad diet.
Its impossible to lose INCHES in 20 days…
Weight lose and toning takes months if not years to do, and theirs a reason for that, YOU WILL INJURER YOURSELF OTHERWISE!
Think twice about what your wanting to do, chances are, if your wanting to lose such weight so quickly, your not very dedicated, and need to rethink this completely.

wow u seem desperate well i got my body fat percentage from 21% to 11% and got a six pack along with it in 20 days and im 13 all i did was completly starve myself like abouloetly no food at all u need to threat your body with starvation and exersise at the same time for about 11 days i didnt eat anything except for ice cold water and i swam for 3 hours per day did ab workouts and punched my abs and disiplined myself it takes alot of commitment and dedication but it sure as hell was worth it starvation may consume mussles tho so drink protein shakes eat apples,greentea,otatmeal,grains and raw veggies also do swimming jumping jacks,bike,jump rope,for as long as u can no matter what wake up early workout and so on good luck

Try the lemonade cleanse. You do it for ten days and loose 20 pounds. You could do it for longer if you want to lose more weight.

Well, i’m probably not gonna be the first one to say this but you probably wont loose 2-3 dress sizes in just 20 days.
You will probably loose 1-2 pounds a week so basically,
the most you will loose is 6-8 pounds in 20 days,
But i’m not gonna waste you’re time telling you that.
Here’s a diet plan and workout routine that works for me.
- 60 minutes of cardio ( walking, running, stridding, swimming, dancing etc..)
- 5-10lbs of weights ( light weight lifting you’re trying to be trim not gain muscle)
- abdominal workouts ( crunches, sit-ups, etc..)
- 10-20 minutes on the tredmile.
Meal Plan-
( 900- 1100 calarie intake for fast and safe- dieting)
Breakfast- 3/4 of high fibre cearal ( mini wheats, cherrios, bran-flakes, special K, etc..) with skim milk, and fruits and nuts added with it.
alternative- 1 slice of whole wheat bread, with 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter, or jam. with a peice of fruit, and fat-free activia yogurt.
Snack- fruit,
alternative- 100 calarie snack packs ( comes in cookies, chips, cheetos, bars etc..)
Lunch- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, with 2 slices of lean turkey breast, lettuse, tomatoe, and frenches mustard ( 0 calaries) - No mayo!
And also have a sugar-free jello which is only 5 calaries, and some berries.
Snack- fruit
Alternative- 100 calarie snack packs ( comes in chips, doritos, cheetos, cookies, bars, etc.. )
Dinner- Grilled chicken/ salmon, with 1 1/2 cups of vegetables.
Alternative- Lean cusine frozen entree , or wholesome advantage frozen entree ( under 270 calaries )
