What is a proper workout/ diet plan for a 13 year old boy?

He is 5′2 and 152.5 pounds. Plays basketball but season is almost over. Wants to go into a football league that requirs you to be 130lbs (healthy/normal weight) Does anyone know a good Diet plan, and a workout plan that’s proper for a 13 year old over weight boy ?

Just jog every morning in your neighborhood. if u have a treadmill, use it. Eat more healthy and toss the junk food

    The burning ratio during exercise or aerobics is 20% fat to 80% glucose. And during resting metabolism (sleep) this is reversed to 20% glucose and 80% fats!
