What are some online free diet plans?
I have a friend who is 11 years old 125 pounds and 5 ft.1-5 ft. 2
Is this overwieght she told me to post this so i’m just wondering her doctor told her to lose a little weight but always avoids the subject how much is a little?
She sounds fine to me, but eating healthy can’t hurt. Cut out fried stuff and junk and replace it with fruits and veggies. Also cut out drinks with lots of calories - soda, juice, sports drinks, etc. Water is the best for you. Try to eat whole grains: wheat bread, brown rice, etc, instead of the white alternatives. And be sure to stay active! so important! Our bodies aren’t made to sit in school all day - they’re made to be out and about and working hard. Give your body a chance to use up some energy everyday!

If she’s 11,it’s my personal opinion that she shuldn’r really worry about it that much.Don’t sound like she’s obese. She shuld just try 2 eat a lil less.&,get plenty of exersize.Swimming, basket ball, walking, riding a bike, ect.*
