are their any websites where an 11 year old can get a free diet plan?

Pease help it needs to be free though

when you are 11 you should not be worried about your weight and going on some kind of crazy crash Diet or whatever. If you have talked to a doctor and your parents who agree your weight is not healthy, this is the only way to lose weight in a healthy, safe way; but you must be patient!!!
-drink lots of water to help flush out your body, as well as fruits and veggies
-eat a balanced diet at every meal! Including: vegetables, carbohydrates, and protein!
-no foods high in sugar or fat (aka junk food!)
-no sugary juices or soda: water only!
-eat small, frequent meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Starving yourself will slow down the rate you digest food because your body will hang on to the food for as long as possible because it doesn’t want you to starve!
-When you are hungry for a snack grab celery! Celery has negative calories. In other words, you burn more calories just eating it than it has in it! Trail mix is also a great snack, as well as any other fruit or veggie
-running and swimming are the two best forms of excersise! They burn fat and build muscle at the same time. But remember, muscle weighs more than fat!!! Build up an exercise plan. Start low and work your way up. Make sure to stretch and warm up before you do a workout. Sit ups, crunches, or biometrics(kind of abdominal workout that works great but kind of difficult to explain) give you great abs. There are tons of great exercises you can do.
-small things count: walk to your friends house, take the stairs, bike ride to the mall: whatever!

Remember, it takes time but will leave you happy, healthy, and confident about your appearance! hope this helps

    Go to your library and get the book The Diet For TeenAgers Only and read it. Everything you need to know is in there.

    A person never really needs to "diet". You just need to change you eating habits, try eating lots of fruit, veggies, protein and eat whole wheat products not white flour. Eat 5 small meals a day, I know that is hard to do sometimes, don’t have seconds when you are eating. Use a small plate, not a big dinner plate. Make sure you get your greens! And try not drinking any pop, that just makes you retain water and there is a lot of sugar in it. Good luck. Maybe ask your mom to help you with your choices too.

    11 is a little too young to diet. its not good for you because you are still growing . just eat healthy and get into a sport like soccerr,softball, basketball, gymnastics, dancing etc.
