What is the most effective diet program but cheap and easy to do?

I’ve tried a bunch of diet stuff, but most never work. The ones that do work are a hassle with prices and process. I also want to see results and quickly. Please, any help!?

The best programme is to aim at re educating your palate.
Quick is not good, it leaves you hungry and so to giving in.
If your eating habits don’t change the weight is soon back on - often with a bit more.
Get moving as well, any activity you enjoy.

Find a friend or two aiming to lose weight. work out your Diet, have regular weigh ins ad take regular exercise together.
Make it fun and then it will last.

    Go the raw food diet, and exercise each day ! If its hard to do then it should pay off. Don’t give up!

    U will lose up to 2 pounds a day with the raw food diet depending on your size.
