I'm trying to lose the weight again. Go figure. The problem with programs that provide you with the food is that you never really learn to eat healthy. This was the problem for me. Once I went off the program, I was completely oblivious in the kitchen. So, I gained all the weight back. If I were you I would go with a program that actually teaches you how to eat healthy. I'm not saying that it doesn't work because it does. I lost about 10 pounds on JC. The problem is, however, keeping it off once you go off the program. It's not horribly expensive, because it replaces all your food, so compared to what you'd spend on food without it, it's cheaper.
