really simple … really simple recipe for a morning shake or after workout shake.. 1 banana, 1 squeeze of honey and 1 cup vanilla almond milk. or regular almond milk. but i like the added sweetness of the vanilla. love having that in the morning!

And I will try this wonderful reciepe and make sure I do small portions…that really helps when you show what a portion is on your plate! Luv your videos !! Dj
omg that looks so … omg that looks so good I SO want to try it but my mom would never let me make it or try it…I seriously am drooling cuz that looks so yummy and delicious! goddammit! my life sucks.
just letting you … just letting you know, tuna isn’t actually that good for you, because of the high levels of heavy metals. Also, it’s better to have raw honey, as it’s got more good enzymes, plus it’s got a lower GI… Great recipe though
you can still eat 6 … you can still eat 6 times a day. have a big breakfast, then an ORGANIC FOOD BAR, then a small healthy lunch, then a Protein shake, then a small dinner, then another low carb shake b4 bed
