<p>4. Try to cut down on saturated fats and sugars. Do not totally cut down on fats because your body needs it to stay healthy. Basically, fats are categorized into saturated and unsaturated fat. The former has high amount of cholesterol and the latter has lower amounts that lowers blood cholesterol. Cut down only on foods that are high in saturated fat such meat pies, sausages, hard cheese, butter and lard, pastry, cakes and biscuits, cream and the like. Also monitor your sugar intake because aside from causing decay, sugary foods can also be high in calories that contribute to weight gain. </p>
<p>5. Eat less salt. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure. </p>

i do want to gain weight as well i have asked hundred questions with no great help, i think losing weight is more easier than gaining weight, well i dont think that but i do believe it and know it.<br />
so lately i just tried to add this food to my <a href="http://www.manageweightloss.com/?aid=864525" target=_self>Diet</a> and i noticed my weight has been increasing and im so happy hehe im 99 pounds i want to gain 10 more pounds, so this is list of food u cant add .<br />
mashed potatoes with whole milk and butter, peanut and any kind of nuts eat them when you are using pc, egg,bananas, corn flakes with whole milk, and pasta. and dont forget to eat meat and veggies if you eat all this you will be fine and gain weight it deppends on how much u eat of them i just eat till im full but i have a small tummy so i eat like 5 small portions a day.<br />

That&#8217;s all I really know about it. It&#8217;s not just something you up and decide to do one day! I have a friend who did a 40 day fast! I have no idea how she did it, but don&#8217;t do it to lose weight, it won&#8217;t work. The purpose of a fast is to detox your body. Good luck if you decide to go through with it, but please do some research first to make it as safe as possible. Also you HAVE to drink lots and lots of water if fasting. You can not go without water. The way I read your question is consuming water and nothing else right?</p>

Is there anyways I can still gain access to these things because working out is great and all but it won&#8217;t matter if my diet and schedule are messed up.  Also I&#8217;m not going into the program to get super buff I am just using in to get into the right weight size for my age and size (I am 6&#8242;3 and 230lbs) and maybe put on some muscles so I look a little ton.  Any help is appreciated<br />
<br />The P90X diet isn&#8217;t anything special or notable. I didn&#8217;t follow it properly and I still got great results.</p>
<p>The principles the nutrition guide stresses are very important but I&#8217;d already known this stuff. You probably don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>Basically you need to split your meals into five per day instead of the traditional three: Bk, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Next you need to calculate your TDEE and consume the same number of calories as your TDEE. Actually if you want to lose weight and burn fat you need to consume between 300-500 calories lower than your TDEE. WHat&#8217;s a TDEE? Calculate it here: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html   (or just google TDEE calculator).</p>
<p>Next you have to divide your caloric goal by 5 and eat that many calories per meal. Don&#8217;t exceed it. Accuracy is important. Make sure you check your food labels for the amount of calories per 100g</p>
<p>Next you gotta eat healthily. Everything&#8217;s gotta be healthy. That means no junk food nor fried foods nor sugary foods. Drink water instead of sugary drinks. Eat plenty of vegetables, stuff your face with lettuce. Eat fruit in moderation- not excessively because fruit contains a fair amount of fruit sugar (fructose) and acids.</p>
<p>I recommend eating oatmeal every morning. I recommend switching to brown bread. I recommend not eating too many yolks and way more egg whites; s</p>

<p>I have lost 5 stone over roughly a four year period of on and off dieting and the best way I found to reduce my weight quickly before my wedding was to watch the amount of fat I was consuming, I did not bother myself too much with the calorie side of things and keep to food with extremely low fat content.  This work extremely well although appart from hitting the atkins diet I think that you are looking at the most to loose the 7 pound in 2-4 weeks on any <a href="http://www.manageweightloss.com/?aid=864525" target=_self>Diet</a>.</p>
<p>All the best with it I know dieting sucks!!!</p>
