A question about diet. please help me here.?
Ok, if i had a fairly large serving of cheerios (thoe little heart foundation things) for breakfast (I heard you were meant to have larger portions in the morning, a sandwich with 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of thin turkey, alot of tomato and some lettuce for lunch, will having a quiche for dinner likely take me over my daily calorie reccomended in take, or will the rest of the days eating stop that? (im 14, i dont have a choice weather to have it tonight or not because I didn’t provide enough notice and its all weve got.)

learn how to read nutrition labels. they have numbers…add them together and u will find out.
