Enzymes are mandatory for life! Everything that lives needs enzymes including humans, plants and animals. Enzymes are a protein-based substance found in each living cell. Significant Life-Enhancing Functions of Enzymes : * helps digestive working * Anti-wrinkle properties.
* aids healing capabilities. * ists respiration function. * aids glucose balance.
* Melts blood clots. * anti inflammatory properties. * Immune stimulator to increase natural resistance to illness The actions of enzymes help all of lifes processes and molecular integrity. Another effect of low enzyme activity is fermentation, the foundation for abdominal afflictions. This process is inspired when the diet contains carbs and sugars that remain in the abdominal tract instead of being soaked up into the blood. These unabsorbed substances represent the commonest source of intestinal gas and pain.

Episode thirty five of an ongoing series, where you get to see how my and Geoff’s Competitive Dieting is going. Actually, for the first time this month, as Geoff has given me a photo of his weight- kinda. Which is nice. I also have some better news as I reverse the upward trend of the last couple of weeks. I blame my weight-training. I’ll have to post some video of my muscles some time…

The latest nutritional research shows we really are what we eat. Julie Upton, a registered dietitian and communications expert who specializes in nutrition and fitness, explains the science behind a heart healthy diet as well as why it can also help you lose weight. If, for example, you eat fruit or vegetables every 2 to 3 hours, you’ll maximize your disease-fighting ability and lose weight too.
Upton also suggests ways to turn recipes into heart healthy options that still taste good. “It’s not low-fat that always wins,” she says. “It’s the right fats. Avocados, for example, are rich in good unsaturated fats and make a great addition to any salad or sandwich.”
Upton’s articles on creating balanced diet plans are frequently published in The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Redbook Prevention and Shape magazine. She has also appeared on The Today Show, The CBS Evening News and ABC World News Tonight.

Liv SXinney is a concentrated blend of chlorophyll and fulvic minerals. You add the concentrate to water and drink it all day long. It balances your energy levels, gives you the needed minerals your body needs to feel healthy, and it tastes great. Drinking Liv SXinney literally floods your body with optimal nutrition.
Benefits of Chlorophyll and Fulvic Minerals:
•Deodorizes, detoxifies, and balances energy levels
•Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
•Maintains proper body system balance
•May improve immune system response
•Helps to reduce cravings for sweets
There is so much that can be said for this product: how it hydrates your body, taking away thirst cravings that can often be mistaken for hunger pangs. When you drink Liv SXinney, you are retraining your body to know the difference between thirst and hunger.
Another huge plus in Liv SXinney is the fulvic minerals. Our soils have been so depleted over the years by over-farming, the use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides, that even the very best fruits and vegetables do not have the minerals that we need on a daily basis. The bodys weight related functions, like appetite, hunger, metabolic rate, metabolism of fats and sugars, blood-glucose levels, calorie-burning, and so on, operate more efficiently when we have an optimum intake of minerals. Liv SXinney is full of fulvic minerals which are harvested from ancient plant beds rich in the minerals we need. When you drink Liv SXinney all day long, you are flooding your body with a constant source of healthy minerals.
Liv SXinney is full of chlorophyll and what it does for the human body is amazing. It helps increase stamina and endurance which will help your success with a regular exercise program. When you drink Liv SXinney all day long, your body remains hydrated, mineral levels remain steady, and this gives you an excellent foundation upon which to build the LivFit Liv SXinney LifeStyle.
